DeliveryWe aim to process and despatch orders within 3 days of receipt of your order, although at peak times we ask you to allow a little longer (up to 28 days). Orders are subject to availability. ExchangesIf you wish to exchange your socks, please return them unused within 14 days and if you could include payment for return postage, this will help to keep costs down. Obviously, if the fault is ours we will replace the socks without hesitation.Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in all charges (where applicable) at the current rate of 15%. Customers resident in all non-EU countries may be exempt from VAT. This does not apply to sock tokens. Sock orders sent direct from us to the overseas (non-EU) recipient will have the Total Order Value reduced automatically when the non-EU customer button on the Ordering Details page is selected. |
