Delivery

We aim to process and despatch orders within 3 days of receipt of your order, although at peak times we ask you to allow a little longer (up to 28 days). Orders are subject to availability. If your order is urgent we recommend 1st Class Post and you may like to suggest alternative colours in case of temporary shortages.



Postage and Packing: Socks

U.K. Destinations (including Channel Islands)
Normal Service £3.00 per parcel
First Class Post Add 40p per pair
Special Deliveries Please ask for details
E.U. Destinations
Airmail up to 2kg Add 10% of the subtotal
For larger parcels Please ask for details
Rest of the World
Airmail up to 2kg Add 15% of the subtotal
Surface mail up to 2kg Plese ask for details
For larger parcels Please ask for details

Please Note: A 2kg parcel could contain 25 pairs of Sportsman (small size) or 9 pairs of Highlander (large size)

All packages and parcels are sent at the risk of the person placing the order. Very few go astray and fail to reach their destination, but if you require Recorded delivery (uninsured) please add £2.00 to your order.

Unless you direct us otherwise your socks will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force "2nd Class letter post" or "Parcel Post", depending on the weight of the parcel ("Small packet" or "International Parcels" for overseas customers).


Postage and Packing: Throws

UK £ 6.50 per throw
Europe £ 7.00 per throw
Non-Europe (Airmail) £ 14.70 per throw
Non-Europe (Surfacel) £ 7.05 per throw


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your socks, please return them unused within 14 days and if you could include payment for return postage, this will help to keep costs down. Obviously, if the fault is ours we will replace the socks without hesitation.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in all charges (where applicable) at the current rate of 15%. Customers resident in all non-EU countries may be exempt from VAT. This does not apply to sock tokens. Sock orders sent direct from us to the overseas (non-EU) recipient will have the Total Order Value reduced automatically when the non-EU customer button on the Ordering Details page is selected.
