Caring for your socks

Corrymoor Mohair Socks can be washed in your machine. We advise a temperature of not more than 40º C and a 'woollen' setting. With normal washing the socks will not shrink and will last for ages. For the Corrymoor Adventurers, we advise a wool wash and a short, gentle spin only.

Although we advise you NOT to tumble dry your Corrymoor Mohair Socks, we know many people who do! IF you do tumble dry your socks don't overdo it and take them out when slightly damp. The risk is yours!

We advise you to wash dark colours separately for the first few washes.

 

Caring for your throw

In general, smells and dirt do not cling to mohair. To freshen it up just give your throw a good airing on a washing line. If washing is needed, we advise that you hand wash in warm or tepid water, allowing time to soak. Do not agitate. Allow to drain and dry flat.
